CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIAL

If serious defects are found in the material furnished by customer, Laser Image, LLC will not proceed with project and client will be charged to return materials.

Laser Image, LLC assumes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for loss of or damage to, samples and other material of any nature submitted or furnished by customer or prospective customer, provided Laser Image, LLC has exercised reasonable care in the handling of the same.

Customer property and all property supplied to Laser Image, LLC by or on behalf of the customer, shall while it is in the possession of Laser Image, LLC or in transit to or from the customer, be deemed to be at customer's risk unless otherwise agreed and the customer should insure accordingly. 

Laser Image, LLC will not be liable for damage to customer-supplied material resulting from malfunction, failure, or inability of material to meet specified performance requirements.

Laser Image, LLC does not assume transportation and insurance costs on any supplied materials.

Laser Image, LLC may reject any artwork, disks, fax's or other materials supplied or specified by the customer which are determined to be unsuitable. Where materials are so supplied or specified, Laser Image, LLC will take every care to secure the best results, but responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in or unsuitability of materials so supplied or specified. Additional cost incurred if materials are found to be unsuitable during production may be charged. Costs incurred by unreasonable delays by Laser Image, LLC or it's vendors to determine the unsuitability of materials shall not be charged to the customer.

In all cases where customer or prospective customer makes no statement in writing, concerning the disposition of any of the foregoing material when submitted, Laser Image, LLC reserves the right to dispose of such material according to its best judgment.

Laser Image, LLC uses reasonable care in performing services; however, damage caused to customer-supplied material provided to Laser Image, LLC shall be the responsibility of the customer.

If customer-supplied material causes damage to our equipment and/or creates an unanticipated expense, the customer will be charged for all such expense(s).

Laser Image, LLC shall not be required to produce any matter which in their opinion is or may be of an illegal libelous nature or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party. Laser Image, LLC shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libelous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, design or any other proprietary or personal rights contained in any material supplied to the customer. The indemnity shall extend to any amounts paid on a lawyer's advice in settlement of any claim.
